We have just got back from our family holiday. We had a great time just doing the simple things of enjoying the sunshine, sea and good food of Crete. But that's done and it is now cloudy London and lots to do on the wolffepack.
I've arranged some interesting meetings. One is an introduction to a fellow entrepreneur, Jonathan Cowan, who has invented a great new product for playing football in the garden. Opengoaaal stops the balls flying all over the place and into neighbours' gardens which means more fun, less stress. Nice! We have a great meeting and share ideas. His journey illuminates mine and I get a top tip on saving some cash.
I also meet with the son of my oldest and best schoolfriend, Andrew, who lives in Michigan. His son, Benjamin, is getting work experience in the UK and is keen to hear all about the backpack. Before he arrives I sneakily set up my iPhone to capture his reaction when he sees my wolffepack demo. When Benjamin and Garrett see the 'aha!' moment and I get that 'wow, that's so cool!' feedback, I realise how much energy and momentum I get from the people around me.
