If you purchased a Wolffepack from our website (www.wolffepack.com) and are not completely happy with it for any reason at all, you may return it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The decision is completely with you.
All we ask is that it comes back in an unused condition in all of its original packaging.
If you have a defective or broken bag, we will be happy to repair or replace it. More info on that here.
To begin the returns process please contact us at info@wolffepack.com to obtain your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the bag.
Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks to process your refund once we receive your returned Wolffepack.
